  This was a dual role of Technology Manager and Solutions architect, owning the design, development and delivery of the fieldandstreamshop.com multi-device web solution and the backend webMethods REST web-service cluster interfacing with IBM WebSphere Commerce Suite. The projects were run as Agile sprints and the scrum included product managers, UI/UX developers, webMethod developers and QA engineers.

  Cisco VoIP/CUCM WebServices Platform: Designed and developed the SOAP Interface for Cisco Unified Call manager administration.
  
  Cisco VoIP Encryption: Designed the core encryption algorithm for Cisco call manager data stream providing military grade encryption for meta data flowing between the nodes.
  
  Scrum Master: Introduced and trained the core Cisco CUCM development team on Agile software development methodologies transitioning from waterfall model. Accountable for supporting the agile team to deliver the sprint goals every iteration on time, running the spring planning/review/retrospective and also ensuring that the big picture timelines are still intact.
